What to Expect on Delivery Day
Before Delivery
- Clear the area where you want materials placed
- Ensure dump truck access: minimum 12-foot wide path with no low-hanging branches or wires
- Mark the exact dump location with a cone, flag, or visible marker
- You do NOT need to be home - just leave clear access and placement instructions
- Have your phone accessible - the driver may call or text to confirm
During Delivery
- The driver will call or text if they have questions about placement
- Materials are dumped in a pile at your specified location
- Standard dump is on driveway or accessible ground next to driveway
- The entire delivery process takes about 10-15 minutes

Common Questions
Do I need to be home for delivery?
No. Just leave clear access and instructions for where to dump the material. The driver will place it as directed.
What is the minimum order?
The minimum order is 2 tons. This is the smallest amount that can be efficiently delivered by dump truck.
Can the driver place materials in my backyard?
Dump trucks need a clear, flat surface to dump safely. If your backyard is accessible by truck, yes. Otherwise, driveway or street-adjacent is standard.
What if I ordered too much or too little?
Our calculator helps you get the right amount. If you need more, simply place another order. See our refund policy for cancellations.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Currently, deliveries are weekdays only (Monday through Friday). You can select your preferred date at checkout.
What confirmation will I receive?
You will receive an email confirmation with your order and delivery details immediately. Our team will also reach out to confirm the delivery date and provide the supplier's contact information.
What if the truck can't access my property?
Dump trucks require a minimum 12-foot wide access path with no low branches or overhead wires. If your site can't be accessed, the driver will unload as close as safely possible. Contact us beforehand if you have access concerns.
